Who we are
Plainly (plainbiz.dev) is a simple dashboard for small local businesses. Questions: hello@plainbiz.dev.
What we keep
Your email and login, the business details you type in (name, city, links, ad spend), your business numbers, reviews and replies, competitor notes, and your briefing delivery settings (phone number or email).
Why we keep it
Only to show your dashboard, write your weekly briefing and review replies with AI, and send you messages you asked for.
AI
To write briefings and replies, a summary of your numbers and the review text is sent to our AI provider. It is not used to train their models and is not sold.
Who sees it
Only you. We never sell your data or show it to advertisers. We use trusted hosting providers to run the app.
Free visibility check
If you use the free check, we keep your email and answers to send your report and improve the check.
Deleting your data
Open the app, go to More → Delete account. Everything is removed permanently right away. You can also email us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time (GDPR).
